your loan status, find out if and when your payments have been received,

near you to make cash payments, and even set up monthly automatic payments.
The section you are in now may answer many of your questions about your

3) How current is the
information on this site?
The information you currently see is updated daily. It takes 48 hours
from the time we receive new information or payments from you to have
them posted on this site.
4) If my loan was originally
made by my local bank, can I go there and make direct payments to my
loan?
No. Silver Oak Services manages your loan account for the bank
who originated your loan. Sending a payment to the bank instead of Silver
Oak Services will result in a significant delay in the payment being
posted to your account and may, as a result, cause late payment penalties
to your account.
5) What kind of information can I change
from this site?
For your convenience, you can change all your contact information: your
address, phone number and e-mail. You can also change your password
to enter this site to make it more convenient and secure for you. For
legal reasons, we cannot allow our customers to change their name or
any loan information. If you have a name change, simply call our service
center at 1-800-699-1776 for assistance.
6) How do I make payments
on this site?
To make a payment directly from your checking, money market or savings
account, click on the “make a payment” button on the left
column. To find out how to make a cash payment at the nearest location
to you, click on the “Western Union Cash Payment” button.
Then just follow the simple directions. Please note we cannot accept
a one-time payment from credit cards or debit cards.
7) What if I disagree with the information
I see?
All information is correct within 48 hours of payments
received or information changed. However, if you have a discrepancy
or any question with what you see, just call our customer service center

8) What if I want to
pay off the loan?
This is a simple process. Just call our service center at 1-800-699-1776
and tell us you want to pay off your loan. We’ll tell you the
exact amount that you still owe and can help you conduct your payoff
quickly and easily. .
9) What happens if I
sell or trade in my vehicle?
Call us at 1-800-699-1776 as soon as you know you want to sell and we’ll
walk you though the best process. If you have already sold your vehicle,
call us as soon as possible and we’ll find the easiest way for
you to settle your loan.
10) What happens if
my vehicle is stolen, vandalized or totaled?
You should contact your insurance company first to arrange for damage
assessment and repairs. You do not need to contact Silver Oaks Services
directly.
11) What if I want to
make changes to my automatic deduction?
If you are already enjoying the advantages of monthly deductions, but
want to make a change, such as switching the account from which the
funds are made, you will need to submit a new automatic deposit application,
which you can get by clicking on the “automatic deductions”
button at the left and then printing off a copy of the form (your signature
is required for such transactions, so we cannot do this over the phone).
The changes will be made within 1 business day after we receive your
application.
12) Why is the payoff
amount listed as “estimated?” and how do I find out the
exact amount if I want to pay off the loan today?
We have listed this payoff amount to assist you in making a decision
to trade your car for a new one or payoff the loan. Your exact payoff
amount may vary, depending on the exact day you pay off your loan, and
if you have any additional charges on the loan. The payoff estimate
will be very close to your payoff amount, but simply call us at 1-800-699-1776
and we’ll be able to give you the exact amount for the day you
are considering for payoff.
13) What if I have
a problem making a payment?
Silver Oak Services is committed to helping you stay current with your
payments and protecting your credit. As soon as you know you may have
a payment problem, call us at 1-800-699-1776 and we’ll work with
you to determine the best option for your situation.
14) Why isn’t
this my bank’s website?
Your loan institution wanted to provide you with the most up to date
information and best customer service available for your auto loan.
As the leading loan information web service, Silver Oak Services is
being used by the institution to provide that information to you. We
are solely dedicated to servicing auto loans. All questions about your
loan should be made to our customer service center for the quickest

15) Do I apply for another
loan or try to refinance through you?
Silver Oak Services cannot make new auto or truck loans. We are dedicated
to provide the best service to you on your existing loan. For a new
loan, contact your bank or lending institution for new loan information.
